To envisage the department as the centre of academic excellence, professional and expertise in English studies. Our aim is to deliver teaching and learning, reading, writing, speaking and listening skills and to facilitate pupil’s confidence and personal professional development.

Mission

To train students in communication skills in English. To strengthen their ability to analyze all forms of literary expression. To prepare them for career and higher education. To sharpen their critical ability to read, interpret and think critically on literary text and theories.

About the Department

The Department of English was begun in the year 2017. We have excellent Head and Assistant Professors who are actively engaged in teaching. The Department is striving for the growth of English Language and creates involvement to learn the language and Literature. We have taken extra efforts to develop the skills of students in various ways such as Spoken English, Club and Cell activities, Seminar, Conference, Essay Writing, Literary quiz and Competition, An Elocution, Paper Presentation and Sports. The Department of English also provides the training for the placement of Student’s excellent future career.
